Available Positions
Operator
Our Operators are essential to ensuring the safe and efficient disposal of saltwater at our facility. You’ll oversee equipment operations, perform regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and follow strict safety protocols. This role requires a commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Prior experience in oil and gas operations is preferred.
Sales
As part of the Sales team, you’ll help build and maintain strong client relationships by promoting NOW Environmental Solutions’ disposal services. You’ll identify client needs, provide customized solutions, and highlight our facility’s unique capabilities, including dual wells, 24/7 operations, and our 5-star safety rating. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry are key to success in this role.
